Cheryl Kerr, of St. Johnsbury, has joined Parkway Realty Associates as a licensed real estate salesperson. Before taking time off to raise their 3 children, Cheryl had a very successful real estate career in Lincoln, NH. She has maintained her New Hampshire license for 24 years and recently obtained her Vermont license. Cheryl grew up in Pennsylvania and attended Penn State University majoring in business administration. She and her husband David moved to New England in 1985 because of their passion for skiing. Other interests include sailing on Lake Memphremagog, cycling, camping, knitting, and being with friends and family. With David’s experience as a custom homebuilder, they have always enjoyed looking at homes, realizing their potential, and renovating them for their family. Cheryl’s love for real estate, architecture, and working with people, are the reasons she is very excited in getting back to the work she enjoys. She can be reached at cheryl@parkwayrealtyassociates.com  or 802-748-8169.
